Tax and utility connections
As per most countries, as a property owner you are required to register for local taxes, water and waste connections. In most properties you will be already connected to water but it is still the owners responsibility to register these services. In Italy this job can be done by a competent person with knowledge of the system.
Utility bills and taxes?
When you purchase a property in Italy you must register for local tax ICI, water rates, and waste rates. We can help you with these. We can also have your connection to the local electric network ENEL established and have an address here at our office.

If you are thinking of buying a property here in Italy then there are a few things to note:
In Italy an estate agent has the legal right to deal with the property sale and purchase documentation upto the point of the notary. This is included in their commision for dealing with the property. You can use a lawyer to help with the purchase of the property and they can also act on your behalf on the siging of the property.
