Established in 2009 we have been offering services to property owners here in Calabria and have dealt with over 200 clients in the region. With more than 70 property management clients and growing with a team of 5 people we are able to offer you the best service for the best cost.
Who are we?
Myself Paul and partner Lorraine moved to Calabria in March 2008 from Spain where we were working in the property and property management service. The reason for the move was simple, we were moving with the market and found ourselves in Pizzo where we saw a gap in the market for a company specialising in Property services.

After living in Spain for 12 years working in the property and management services we moved to Calabria in search of a new area that was growing. After arriving in Calabria, we settled in Pizzo, a small costal town in Vibo Valentia and launched our first company. As we grew we formed another company specialising in property management and moved into publishing with our newspaper The Calabrian Voice and property sales with Property In Pizzo. Why are we qualified to help you?Having been dealing in property and property management services for 4 years in Calabria we seen all the changes in the area and learnt all the ways to best offer services to our clients. Since then we have changed and evolved and are now specialising in services in which we see the most demand.
Since we have been working here in Italy we have learned both the legal system, local system and the language and are now able to offer the same services to a much higher degree.
