• You, your friends or clients can visit our office to collect keys, we can help them through their stay if they require it
• We will ensure that your post is collected and stored at our offices here in Calabria
Option 1: Our basic property management services charges a key holding fee includes:
- Bi-Monthly inspections of the property when unoccupied
- Key access at our office 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year, the office is always available to be opened*.
- Mail checks if available.
- Electric, gas and water checks.
- Updates on request of any development/property issues we have access to.
- Phone and email contact for any reason
Option 2: Concierge key service
- Keys held at our office and available for collect when needed
- one stop shop for assistance in all your property needs.
